Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order has been processed, you can expect your delivery within 2-5 business days. Pre-Orders will not be shipped until the release.

Please contact our customer support team immediately to get the return process started. Provide your name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

This means that an item is reserved for you, but is not yet available in our warehouse. Your pre-ordered item has an estimated ship date in the future. Shipping dates sometimes change and may be subject to manufacturing or shipping delays so be sure to check back on the product page for updates.

With a pre-order, you will make a purchase commitment and payment upfront. This allows you to secure your purchase ahead of time and receive it as soon as it is in stock. Once your pre-order is ready for shipment, we'll notify you and send it to the shipping address you provided during checkout.

There are three possible statuses for your pre-order:
In Production: This is when the manufacturer is producing the items.
En Route: This is when the items are in transit to our warehouse.
Currently Packing: This is when items have arrived and we are starting to ship them out.
